The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work

The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work is a guide based on the best selling book by Dr John Gottman and Nan Silver for couples who want to transform their relationship. It enables couples to deepen the friendship foundation, to manage conflict, and to create shared meaning.

Couples tend to wait several years into their relationship before seeking outside help for their issues. Waiting can negatively work against a successful recovery.

This program is based on what research says makes successful marriages. The aim is to provide couples the tools to enhance and improve their relationship.

It does not provide psychotherapy and is not intended for those in deep psychological distress, abuse, addiction , or suffering with  severe emotional or mental health issues.
